Frequently Asked Questions
What insurances do you accept?
We are in-network with most major health insurances. Please contact our office at (405) 949-1800 to verify acceptance of your plan.
We are proud to be a Health Choice Select provider for surgeries performed at Summit Medical Center.
Do I need a referral to make an appointment?
No, you do not need a referral to make an appointment unless your insurance requires one. If you can have your primary care physician fax us your recent office notes with what symptoms you are experiencing and any imaging reports that will help us to help you be prepared for your visit with us.
How is the doctor-patient relationship different here, compared to other hospitals or clinics?
We believe that our staff members are leaders in providing patient-focused care. We take the time to listen to patients’ concerns and address any questions they may have. We allot hour long appointment times to ensure patients leave our office feeling heard, feeling well educated, and leaving with the best possible treatment plan. We value all of our patients and appreciate the long-lasting relationships we create with them.
How will I pay for my care?
If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card(s) with you to your appointment and we will bill your insurance company directly for your appointment(s). We are in-network with most insurance companies. However, to determine what coverage your plan offers please contact your insurance provider to understand the terms of your policy. If you are not insured, we require payment at the time of service. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please contact our billing office, Administrative Advantage at (405) 292-5500 for any questions concerning a bill or payment.
We strive to have all aspects of our practice, including our professional fees, reflect our ethical and rational approach to your care.
What should I bring with me to my appointment?
